    • Digital downloads, including music files and online streaming services, are not eligible for returns or refunds.

    • Clearly write the RMA number on the package containing the returned item(s).
    • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or item arrived damaged).
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item(s). We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
  3. Refund Process:

    • Once we receive the returned items and verify their eligibility, we will process the refund within 10-12 business days.
    • The refund will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase unless otherwise specified by the customer.
    • Please note that it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution’s policies.
  4. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items:

    • Gift cards or vouchers purchased from our store are non-returnable and non-refundable.
    • Clearance or sale items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
